Paul tells the Corinthians he cannot speak to them as spiritual people because they are still infants in Christ. The evidence is not their theology; it is their jealousy and quarreling. Spiritual maturity is not measured by how much we know but by how we treat one another. Paul then shifts the image: the church is a field God grows, a building God builds, a temple God inhabits. This message challenges us to move from milk to solid food, and to remember that how we build matters, because the foundation was never ours to lay.
We have established a missional relationship with Slate Ridge Elementary School. We want to be a blessing and a support to the staff and students at this school in our neighborhood.
